Decadent Marshmallow Brownies

Name: Decadent Marshmallow Brownies
Yield: 54 2-inch square brownies
Ingredients: 1 cup butter — softened; 2 cups sugar; 1/3 cup cocoa; 4 eggs; 1 1/2 cups flour; 2 tsp vanilla; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 1/2 cups nuts — chopped (optional); 1 lb mini marshmallows; 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar; 1/2 cup butter; 1/3 cup cocoa; 1/3 cup canned evaporated milk

Yield: 54 2-inch square brownies

Ingredients

1 cup butter — softened
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups nuts — chopped (optional)
1 lb mini marshmallows

Frosting

1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup canned evaporated milk

Instructions

Mix butter, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in eggs; add flour, vanilla, salt and nuts (optional). Stir; pour into greased, 1-inch deep baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until done. Cover with mini marshmallows; bake for 3 minutes. Add frosting.
